Samuel Kostiuk – NC Congressional District 10
Sam is from Cherryville, North Carolina and is a 6th grader at John Chavis Middle School. He is the only repeat winner from 2014 and his video does an excellent job talking about the diversity of experiences and resources libraries provide for him, especially in technology.
