We are looking for students k-college to represent each of NC’s 13 congressional districts. The top 3 winning entrants will go to Washington, D.C. to meet with legislators on National Library Legislative Day. We need enthusiastic student library advocates who are willing to share their love of libraries with local and national legislators.
