What a moment of a lifetime – Library of Congress in the back, US Capitol in the front and surrounded by library advocates from all across the country on a beautiful sunny day in Washington, D.C. Dancers include NCLA’s 22 student ambassadors, ALA President Barbara Stripling, ALA Executive Director Emily Sheketoff, State Librarian of North Carolina Cal Shepard, and so many more wonderful, fearless library advocates dancing for libraries because they make us “Happy!”
