Lindsay is an 8th grade student from Chapel Hill, NC. Her animated “Powtoon” presentation is engaging as it tells her story of why libraries are important to her and all of North Carolina.

“My name is Lindsay, I’m 13 years old. I like to read, obviously, I also really like art.

I’m currently in sculpture, and I love it. I’m a crafty girl, I have about fifty projects in progress.

I have a 7 year old sister. I like making jewelry, and I’m also interested in old US Coins. I’m interested in outer space.

I’m vegetarian, and well, I really like books!”
