Today Chance Lambeth, District Director for Congressman David Rouzer (District 7), visited Northeast Library in Wilmington, NC. Mr. Lambeth took a tour of the library, given by Student Ambassador, Noah Nunez. Mr. Nunez showed Mr. Lambeth around, pointing out the library’s new Makerspace, the meeting rooms, computer lab, and teen space. Supervising Librarian, Leigh Thomas, helped out with the tour and Librarian Max Nunez let Mr. Lambeth join in on baby storytime. Everyone had a great time and Mr. Lambeth finished his visit by getting his own library card. He expressed an interest in using the ebooks and audiobooks the library provides. You are welcome back anytime, Mr. Lambeth. We hope you’ll use that card! Mr. Lambeth also showed us his favorite book while he was there which is Comanche Moon by Larry McMurtry.
